Beach Therapy 30A Carriage House

Looking for your next vacation special spot to vacation- Look no further than Beach Therapy 30A's Upscale Carriage House ! Nestled in the neighborhood of Grayton Beach, our carriage home sleeps 2 adults in a king size bed comfortably.
There is a sofa bed available that would sleep a child or 2 if needed or even a 3rd adult.

Our home includes all the amenities you need for your next Florida beach vacation, including a full kitchen, ample porch space, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi, outdoor shower, gas barbecue ( cleaned between every guest), Blaze Egg Grill XL model- I have charcoal- if you are looking to smoke food you can run to the local store and pick up your chips. We also include beach cruisers with baskets as well as cup holders and cell phone holders on each beach cruiser. No need to pack beach gear- We have it for you- beach games and toys as well as chairs umbrellas and beach towels. All you need to do is show up. Just bring yourselves!!!

Ice machine located in the main house- no need to buy ice- Just shoot me a text and I will have it for you in ice bags.

We want you to just show up!!!!- Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner is supplied for your stay. We also supply toilet paper and paper towels- Kitchen garbage bags and anything else you may need to cook with.

GOLF CART INCLUDED

If you are questioning my higher rate I can assure you that the carriage home is deep cleaned weekly. No linens stay in the carriage house_ They are pulled out between each turn and they are washed off site by me.

Since I am on property- you can feel free to ask any questions- If you need a stick of butter, feel free to come over and get it.

Amenities in our community include 2 pools, tennis courts, state forest access for hiking, and walking distance to the beach!

Our home is close to Seaside and Gulf Place. There are many restaurants, cafes, and breweries to enjoy in the local area! There is always something to do, day or night, in 30A!

THIS HOME IS OWNER MANAGED AND OWNER CLEANED!!!!

ALL LINENS AND CARPETS ARE PULLED IN BETWEEN EACH GUEST!!!

That boils down to me doing A LOT of laundry :)

Reagan and Murphy are our 2 golden retrievers. We are pet friendly- You just need to make me aware when booking. Our HOA has a breed restrictions list. Reagan and Murphy love going to the beach- As you can see in the photos- lots of our furry guests love the beach.
